Zattikka, the digital games entertainment group, has received notice that 1,088,414 ordinary shares of £0.10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each have been transferred from L'Etoile Mysterieuse AB to Anders Strom Investering AB (ASI). Mr Anders Strom is the sole beneficial owner of each of L'Etoile Mysterieuse AB and ASI. Accordingly, ASI holds 1,088,414 Ordinary Shares, representing an interest of 4.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
