Paul spent almost three years at Nokia R&D and nearly five years at Yahoo! as Head of Mobile Technology. Paul holds several game patents and created the open source Open Video Ads serving software now run by LongTailVideo.

James Zhang

Founder and CEO of Concept Art House, with over 12 years of industry experience, James brings a unique understanding of the entertainment media industry as both a creative visionary and as a studio executive. James has grown CAH from a small boutique art studio to a leading international creative services business in just over 3 years. Revenues have grown significantly each year, driven by premier clients in the gaming industry, including Activision, Blizzard, DeNA, Disney, EA, Hasbro, Sony, and Zynga. Prior to founding the company, James was a studio Vice President, art director, and a conceptual designer with LucasArts Entertainment.

Johan Gustafsson

Co-Founder of Hattrick and Creative Director of Spelkultur i Malmö AB. BA Journalism from the University of Gothenburg, 1995. Five years as technology and business writer in Sweden. First CEO of Hattrick Limited, owner and responsible for the commercial development of the site as it grew from 1700 users in one league to 700 000 users in 124 leagues. Experienced senior executive with excellent community management and game design expertise.

Dave Mutton

16 years experience in the technology and new media industries. Recently Marketing Director at StepStone Europe. Dave has also held the positions of Head of Commerce for Yahoo! Europe and Head of Business Development at

David Godwin

An entrepreneur and executive that has held leadership positions in various gaming, mobile, and marketing companies. In the late nineties, David was part of Harte-Hanks, a global direct marketing firm, as part of the leadership team in their online and international expansions. In 2001, he founded Net-Recon, a game and web application development company. In late 2009, Sneaky Games was spun out of the gaming side, as a leading social games studio. Sneaky Games has over 4 million registered players on it’s first Facebook game, Fantasy Kingdoms.

Xuan Li

COO Concept Art House
Xuan has served as Chief Operating Officer of Concept Art House since 2009, focusing on development for console, massively multiplayer and social games. Since joining, Xuan has helped CAH more than triple its staff and developed the organizational capacity to work on up to 20 projects simultaneously.
